We value our community and our environment. In order for our community to thrive, we believe we need to use as many local resources as possible. This not only helps our local small businesses, but it helps keep a low environmental impact.

Many of the ingredients are locally sourced. Olive oil and lard from the Italian Market, Honey from We Bee Brothers, supplies and herbs from local farms and food co-ops like Greensgrow and Weaver’s Way. We know that this may make things a little more expensive, but there is great value in supporting or local economy. If you are going to do something, you got to do it right!
